Origin
This term was quoted from a audio clip played for Side Show members, but then migrated its way to the free side. The clip was from a voice recording of a skin head talking about his recent dealing with a black male. It became so popular that Corey made a TNB remix.
Use of the Term
Any time that a person is behaving in a ghetto fashion. The term can be used for people of other color, but Tim likes to keep the use as its original racist intention (whenever a black person is being ghetto).
